XII Celtic Pork Stew Festival

or day 8 of February is celebrated in the Campo da Feira de Sarria a "XII Celtic Pork Roast Festival of Sarria Region". Together it will also take place a "IV Edition of the International Pig Fair" (FIPORCO) con Sausages from Sarria e Flavors of the French Way.

14:00 h. Welcome from the Mayor of Sarria, Claudio Garrido Martinez, Proclamation by the President of the Constitutional Court, Juan Jose Gonzalez Rivas, presentation Carlos Lema Devesa Professor at the Complutense University.
16:30 h. As is usual, after the desserts, the traditional appointments of "Tixoleiros" and "Cazoleiras" 2020.
