The organizers of the Porco Celta Cocido Festival by Sarria, are the members of the Hospitality and Tourism Association of the French Way and Sarria's City Council.
In its latest editions, it takes place in the main hall of the Sarria Livestock Market and consists of a massive banquet, where the main dish is Cocido de Porco Celta and is celebrated 15 days before Carnival Sunday.
