Pallares bakery that resisted pandemics and wars

The ovens of Pallares, in Sarria, have been working since 1876. They lived the Spanish flu, the great war, the Civil war, the Second World War, the crisis of 2008 and now the pandemic coronavirus. And they were not only present but They far exceeded them because it was never closed. "The key is to adapt", sums up the owner of the bakery downplaying, Pilar Garcia.
