Cárnicas Teijeiro began as a family business dedicated to the atresanal elaboration and sale of sausages from Sarria, small town in Galicia stage of the Camino de Santiago at an altitude of 513 meters above sea level and at 116 km from Compostela. Today, more than 50 years of experience and already by the third generation, we can consider ourselves a benchmark in the creation of traditional flavor.
