PR-G 239 “ROUTE OF THE MAMMOT AND THE CASTROS”, that allows a circular route of eleven kilometers and enter, as described by Emilia Pardo Bazán in "Los Pazos de Ulloa", in the "rhythmic rhythm, narcotic and perennial of agricultural life ".

The starting point of the route is between kilometers 8 and 9 from the LU-641 road (on the border of the municipalities of Samos and O Incio). From La Cruz de O Incio you have to take the road, LU-642 secondary network, than a LU-546 in the Urals (Sarria) with Ferrería de O Incio. After passing Godral, in the kilometer 13 de la LU-642, we find a crossroads and we take the right hand, already running along the LU641 road. Two hundred and fifty meters from the kilometer 9, in Lebón, the starting point of the excursion is located.
