Pepe do Roma retired on 1 of January of 2023

If the Roma hotel is one of the most recognized hospitality establishments in Sarria, Pepe do Roma's hands in the kitchen have almost the same fame.

The historic chef retired on 1 of January of 2023 after more than 40 years serving one of the most demanded grilled meats in the province.
