Phase Guide 2

Given the positive epidemiological evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and the timely fulfillment of the criteria established in previous phases, The Government and the Autonomous Communities have agreed to extend the relaxation of some measures in certain territorial units, contemplated in Order SND/414 of 16 May 2020, for the relaxation of certain national restrictions established after the declaration of the state of alarm in application of the phase 2 of the Plan for the transition to a new normality.
