The great defender of the Camino Elías Valiña Sampedro, from the Samoan journalist based in Santiago de Compostela, Luis Celeiro.

Take a tour of the career of Elías Valiña, cure of O Cebreiro between 1959 e 1989, from where he undertook pioneering work in favor of the recovery and revaluation of the Camino de Santiago. He was the first to mark it with yellow arrows and to write a doctoral thesis on this itinerary, a historical-legal study of the Camino presented at the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
